This notice covers the YapDB early-access waitlist. For the product itself, see the YapDB privacy policy.

What we save

When you join, we save your email address, signup time, which form you used, and the version of the early-access consent you accepted. These details are stored in Google Sheets.

How we use it

Choosing “Join the waitlist” asks us to email you about YapDB early access. This does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

We use your email to contact you about YapDB early access. Joining does not create an account or guarantee an invitation date. The waitlist page does not send your example notebook text to our server or to an AI tool.

Your choices

We keep your details while managing early access, until you request removal or the waitlist is closed. To withdraw consent, remove your details, or ask a privacy question, email yapnotetaker@gmail.com from the address you used to join.

Service providers

Your signup passes through YapDB’s server and is stored using Google Sheets. Hosting and network providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect the service. This page uses no advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
